Applications are reviewed weekly. Registration runs $100/year and includes the $10,000 performance bond, dispatch app access, and continuing education credits.

By signing, you authorize a license & insurance verification with the NYC DOB. We do not run a personal credit check.

Most contractors are approved inside two weeks. We take roster integrity seriously — every plumber on the network is one we'd send to our own building.
