Fifty years on the island.

Two generations of New York plumbers. A team that knows the difference between a 1908 Murray Hill cast‑iron stack and a 2018 Hudson Yards PEX run, and works on both before lunch.

50yrs

Combined experience

Our master plumbers have, between them, half a century of Manhattan calls — pre‑war walk‑ups, post‑war high‑rises, lofts, brownstones, and the occasional church.

24/7

Always dispatching

A real plumber answers the phone after midnight. Not a call center. Not a voicemail. Not a chatbot.

$10k

Performance bond

Every job carries a $10,000 performance bond. If it isn't to code, we don't get paid. Simple.

Four steps. One visit, usually.

The plumber who quotes your job is the plumber who does it. No bait‑and‑switch sales rep, no surprise upcharge once the wrench comes out.

Four‑hundred‑and‑some five‑star reviews and a few we framed.

Below: a representative handful. A pre‑war co‑op board, a Tribeca restaurateur, a tenant on the Upper East Side. Each had a very bad day. Each called us.

"Eleven at night, a riser blew on the 6th floor and we had water coming through the lobby ceiling. Waterhouse had a truck at the curb in under forty minutes and shut it down inside an hour. I've used four plumbers in twenty years here. I'm not calling anyone else again."

"They snaked the line, sent a camera through, and emailed me the recording. Old‑school care, new‑school proof."

"The quote was the price. The price was fair. Two other companies tried to sell me a $4k repipe. Waterhouse fixed it for $380."

Manhattan, end to end.

From Marble Hill to South Ferry. We don't do the outer boroughs — and we don't apologize for it. Specializing in one island is how the response time stays under an hour.

Call (212) 766‑2000

Manhattan only. Outside Manhattan? We're happy to refer a vetted plumber in your borough.

911 it's not — but it can't wait

Burst pipe. Backed‑up main.
No hot water at 3 a.m.
Call.

The things people always want to know.

If yours isn't here, the dispatcher who picks up the phone is the same person who has the answer. No menus.

Do you really answer the phone at 3 a.m.?
Yes. A live dispatcher in Manhattan, twenty‑four hours, every day, including holidays. There is no after‑hours surcharge for picking up — only for actual after‑hours work, and we'll tell you the rate before we roll a truck.
How do I know the price before work starts?
The plumber inspects the job on site, then writes a fixed quote on paper before lifting a wrench. You sign or you don't. Once you sign, that's the price, even if the job runs longer than we estimated.
Is there really no call‑out fee?
Correct. We don't charge to come look at the problem, even on weekends. We make our money fixing things, not visiting them.
What if it isn't fixed?
Every repair carries a 14‑day callback warranty and the work is backed by our $10,000 performance bond. If it isn't to code or it fails inside the warranty window, we come back free. If it fails outside, we discuss it like adults.
Do you work in pre‑war co‑ops?
Daily. We carry COIs on file with most of the major Manhattan management companies — Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris, Halstead, Cooper Square, FirstService, Maxwell‑Kates. If your building wants one issued, we can usually have it over within an hour.
Outside Manhattan?
We don't service the outer boroughs. We'd rather be the best plumber on one island than a mediocre one across five. We'll happily refer a vetted plumber in your borough.
